This polypropylene valve unit is designed to be placed with the top at ground level or housed in a valve box.
The lid is kept down keeping dirt and debris out.
When the coupler is inserted the internal valve is pushed down and water flows out and the coupler is kept in place by a simple clip arrangement. When the coupler is released the valve shuts.
The coupler can easily have a valve fitted or any of the 3/4" female hose fittings to make attachment to hose or even sprinklers a very simple operation.
The valve has a 3/4" Male BSP thread as does the coupler.
